UHC Choice

OK I also have UHC Choice plus. I can't find a lost of exclusions on their website. I only found a small section under reconstructive services that states to look under an eclusion under personal appearence, which I can not find. Any one have any suggestions other than calling them? I prefer to wait and call after my consult on the 15th.

If you are going for a consult, wouldn't it be better to wait and see what your surgeon's office can work out with them?  I would assume they have lots of experience dealing with insurance companies and know how to get it covered if possible...HOWEVER...some offices have incompetent people that mess it up!  Also, many have had to fight it after the surgeon couldn't get it done alone.  But if your appointment is soon, seems easier to wait and see if you will have a fight on your hands.

But I am no expert here, as mine was not covered...I am sure someone will have more specific info for you!
