Abdominal binder question

I am thinking of trying a separate thigh and abdominal binder since all body suit/girdle style one pieces are too big on the thigh if they fit the tummy.  So, I am looking at Marena's website and they have 2 abdominal binders...one piece wrap around and a wrap around with 3 separate panels.  Which would you guys recommend?  Have any of you used this type?  Is it bulky under clothes?  Thanks!

There are also girdles...is this better for a tummy tuck?  I am not sure which is best  2-3 weeks out and won't be in my doc's office for almost a week...any feedback?
