I READ YOUR POST BEFORE I LEFT WORK YESTERDAY AND LAUGHED. I WENT FOR MY GROUP RUN THAT EVENING AND SWALLOWED A BUG WHILE RUNNING! IT WAS NOT AN EARWIG, NOT SURE WHAT IT WAS BUT ITCAUGHT ON THE SIDE OF MY THROAT ON THE WAY DOWN;GROSS.
I WAS THRILLED TO HEAR YOU SAY 5 MILE RUN AT 8 WEEKS OUT! MY BIG FEAR IN HAVING PLASTICS IS NOT GETTING BACK INTO MY RUNNING AND ZUMBA. I AM NURSE AS WELL BUT AM IN MANAGEMENT NOW SO I DO NOT HAVE TO WRRRY ABOUT THE LIFTING AND SUCH AFTER SURGERY.

I had an experience like that before too. Someone at work suggested making some hot ****a in the big commerical coffee maker. We take a drink and it's gritty. We all say...this didn't mix well and continue to take another sip or two until....I look closer at the grit. It was ants!!! We opened up the lid and millions of ants were floating in the ****a! YUCK!!!!
