Need sleep position ideas...good news...no weight gain

I had a breast aug. on Tuesday. I'm feeling really good, but just sleeping one way on my back is killing me!! I wake up with horrible backaches that last all day! Any ideas? I can't sleep on my side for several more weeks and stomach sleeping is longer than that. AGH!

Good news- I weighed 121 lbs. on surgery day and I weighed yesterday morning in at 120 lbs.
(I was fully dressed on surgery weigh in).
I was really stressing about gaining weight because of the implants. I know it sounds strange since the gain would not be "fat gain". I just dreaded seeing the scale move. It's a work in progress. No worries though! No gain!

Sorry no sleeping ideas except maybe a body pillow would help.

Congratulations on your surgery and feeling good.  And no weight gain is always a welcome gift.

Take care and happy healing.

Thanks! My surgeon told me I would not hurt the implants if I slept on my side as long as it is comfortable. I'm not there yet, but getting closer. Thanks for your kindness.

Thanks! I don't have a recliner, but fixed up my bed to where it is more comfortable. Thanks for your kindness!
