Postponed Lower Body work

I am really starting to believe that everything happens for a reason.  It's very strange cir****tances that lead me to the exposing the health issue and I kind of marvel at how it all played out.

The universe has been talking to me........I need to be a better listener.

Sorry to hear you've had to cancel your LBL Ruth but I'm sure everything will work out for the best. Congratulations on the new home. Keep us posted on your arms. Debi

I'm so sorry you have to cancel for now.   I'm glad you are getting your arm revision though, I know you've been waiting for that.  Just think though...Now I have more time to perfect that Procare recipe so that it's wonderfully tasty (if that's possible) before you have to take it.  I'll pass along my experience to you when I'm up to posting.  I go in tomorrow so I'll fill you in some time next week.

Hi Liz,
I'm bummed that I can't do the LBL now.  I just happened to get the Procare so I decided to taste it......NASTY!  Can't wait to hear your recipes.  I don't really need to drink it until I reschedule surgery......maybe I should drink some before my arm revision......might be a good idea....probably can't hurt.  :-)

Thinking of you as you have your surgery........let me know how it goes.
