I don't even begin to have the words to express how in awe I am with my body today. 48 hours ago my Plastic Surgeon was finishing up my Extended Abdominoplasty, Mastopexy and Brachioplasty. I think I already look fantastic (even with the bruising and swelling). I can only imagine how great this is going to be!!!

Even better is the fact that I feel great too!!! It's been over 8 hours since I took any pain meds and I am up and moving around, taking walks regularly and even took a shower this morning. I posted a before and after pic on my profile.

Can this get any better???

Congrats.....just be careful, I had a thigh lift on Wednesday 6/17, and was doing great, no pain meds at all, and then whamo...I passed out in the shower on Tuesday the doc said it was residual anesthesia...so please take it easy. Good Luck

Thanks ladies! I am taking it easy.... spending 90% of my time in the recliner and used a chair when I showered. :-)

As far as shaving goes... nope, they didn't. I get waxed regularly and I asked them if it was okay to do my regular waxing about a week before surgery and they said that was fine.

Great to hear that you are doing so good! Make sure that you are taking stool softeners, I remind everyone about that! Take it easy and you will love your PS!! Edited to add that you should be happy, you look great. Just a tip, I taped all my drain hoses to my leg, that way they weren't swinging around or getting caught on anything.
