Hi all I just posted before and after pics of my LBL I had about 2 years ago because I know when I was making the choice seeing everyones pics really helped me. So what I am going to do next is now take pics wearing the same under garments so you can see how much more your body will change becuae it does take about 18 months for ALLLLLLLL the swelling and fluid to go way i was a size 12 in these pics and didnt even realize intil I pulled them back out home much smaller I am now so I will take update this week and add later so you can see even more. Please let me know if the pics dont work. I was at 172 when I has the LBL I am now 155 you have to go to the my photos tap sorry i dont know how to update this profile I am trying

Thanks I think I have all the pics posted correctly now lol. I want people to see it all takes time, and myself included once we reach our goals we tend to stop taking pics, but I think we need to go back and retake some of those. I have a friend who is just starting on her weight loss journey and I totally forgot what it was like at the beginning and thought hmmm its time for me to give back to everyone that was there for me along the way, but we seem to get to those 1st few months after we have Plastics or reach goal and the pictures stop. Our new lives tend to take over. So i took a second to do a bit of updating so some could see that even 2 years out your gonna be even thinner give it time and enjoy it all.
