What is a panni?

I have about 40 more pounds to lose but want to get a jump start on looking in to plastics.   I keep hearing about panni......can someone tellme what that is?

Hi Mitch,
I'm sure someone else can explain it better than me but I'll give it a stab. The panniculus is the is the skin and fat that hangs down below the belly button on some people. The removal of that is a panniculectomy, pani for short. It's sometimes called an 'apron' of skin that hangs.
The panniculectomy is often done at the same time as a tummy tuck, which takes care of the skin, muscles and fat above the belly button.
If you google the word panniculectomy you'll be led to some sights that have pictures of what I'm talking about.
