I like it. I have been "big" all my life. Don't know how I would have adjusted to being really small on top.

I only did an extended TT because I was concerned about the flat butt. My husband was more worried about that than the size my boobs ended up! LOL.

Leslie, I am scheduled to have my hernia repair / LBL in sept. I am really considering going back to him and asking about auto aug butt because he already told me I am going to be a "flat butt" and in addition to that I am worried about having tailbone pain issues. What made you decided on the auto aug for your butt? And any idea how much it increased the cost/operating time?

All the best with your arms and breasts, I am looking to have that done early next year.

Well, actually my surgeon just told me it's something I should do or else I would be very flat. I agreed with him and it was done. I don't know how much more it was since it wasn't broken down by each particular procedure.  The guy knows what he's doing and I think I look nice from behind. You can sort of tell from my pictures (I need to post some new ones). I'm not sure if every surgeon does the butt auto aug, but you should definitely ask your surgeon about it. I really like how it turned out.

I had a lot of tailbone issues in my first year post op from my DS and even now sitting on a hard chair can get uncomfortable pretty quickly. I don't really think the butt auto aug will make a difference in the tailbone area because the area that was worked on was more in the very lower back/upper butt area. In my early post lbl pics you can see my butt "lumps". It looked odd at first, but it's all smoothed out and looks nice.

I told my surgeon up front that I did not want to have a flat butt and asked if he could do the auto aug on my butt.  All the drs I consulted with did do it so I knew that is what I wanted.  He also did a little bit of fat tranfer as well.  I'm only 6 days out but it doesnt look flat so far!

 Hi I had the BL without implants but was to embarrassed to take pics of that sorry, but i will tell you I begged my surgeon for implants and he said i would not need them... when i went back for my 6 month check up he was looking at me strangely and said "what size implant did I put in there?" I yelled at him" you said I didn't need an implant" and he said oh thank god I made the right choice cause those sure look like you have implants lol. So trust your DR and ask tons of questions.

That's wonderful. Your boobs muct look fantastic. And no implants. That's what I'm actually hoping for. What size were you before the surgery? What about now? Are you happy with your results?? Thanks...
