The day has finally come and I'm scared!!

I think it is perfectly natural to fear the surgery, we wouldn't be human if we didn't.  At least a little bit.  It makes it extra hard to have good feelings and less fears when you have a family that isn't supportive or fearful for you.  It is because they love you.. worried for you.  My mom at the last minute said some things that me want to second guess it all but in the end it worked out for the best.  I think everybody's brains are on overdrive about the what ifs etc...

You are very healthy now and you are in GREAT hands, look forward to your new body and rest of your life from here Melissa... you are going to do wonderful.

I am praying for you and your surgery team that God will guide their hands and see you through to finish line without complications.

Hang in there... I know u are going to do just fine and can't wait to see you posting an update!!!
