Vitamin E

My  scars from Brachio are looking great already.   I bought a tube of vitamin E, it's like a chapstick.  It'll be easy to apply, how often do you use it?

I didn't know they had it in a tube.  I occasionally use vitamin E capsules.  I just puncture them and squeeze the oil out.
