Mini Arm Lift -- Anyone?

Can they both be done together?  I have a lot of armit/back fat ( i'm one ofthose apple chicken-legged people  w ith very different sizes top and bottom)  .  I would love to have arms I didn'tr have to cover in 110 degree weather!  Is there a surgeon who will just dothe entire upper body all at once - tummytuck , thirty pounds of lipo, arms and love handles?  I have afeeling that would be a lot cheaper than getting it done piecemeal .  Thanks!

I discussed both types of arm surgeries with my PS. He explained to me that not everyone is a candidate for the "mini" but I am. He said that there would be an 80% improvement. When he showed me what the 80% would look like I opted for the "full" lift as I really want all of the flab to go away. I am schedule for my surgery on July 7th for the arm lift and a revision to my TT. He is also removing the "dog ears" from my breast lift.
