darn binder
OK yeah I am so tired of this binder I want to know like how long is it ok to leave it off ? I had my at home nurse say only when laying down and showering! I had hernia repair and panni on 5/28 the binder just seems to be rubbing up on my breast or when I pull it down it doesn't let me bend to sit...... I know I am just complaining and trying to find a way to not wear this so what could happen if I don't wear it???

I love my binder, BUT, you're right, after a while it becomes annoying. I am short bodied and it was too long for me. I cut the lower 1/3 off all the way around, now it's shorter and I'm much happier!! Good luck!!
