Looking for Plastics Referrals! South Central PA

If anyone knows of anyone in the Lancaster, York, Harrisburg or Hershey area that is good and affordable I'd really appreciate the information. I'm so tired of my flappy upper arms. I can put my hands behind my head and do a great dumbo impression. I have so many great summer dresses that are just useless without an over top.

I haven't had PS yet, but if you are willing to take a few hours of a drive, the experts in WL PS are Dr. Peter Rubin, and Dr. Hurwitz. I have an appointment with Dr. Rubin for a consult. Beacuse he is through the University, it will be significantly cheaper than the other.
