Silicone or Saline....that is the question

Before my ps consults (had 3) I had just planned on going with saline for price and "safety" puposes, but after all three surgeons strongly advised me to consider silicone because I won't have enough tissue or thick enough skin I changed my mind.One even called it on the level or reconstruction because I have hardly any tissue still remaining. I have pcos and think that having that develop as a teen may have reduced my formation of proper breast tissue, so when I droped all the weight, all the adipose (fat) left that region as well.
