SWELLING POST OP TT
Yeah, I figure I will be the year long statistic. Darn it! I have not resumed exercising. I went back on 5/11 for more PS, so once I get some normalcy back after that surgery I plan to start exercising again. I have really missed it, but I am concerned about the swelling. I do have a pool, so since the swimming season is upon us I thought that might be a good exercise to start with. I am hoping i will stay cool and not overheat to much.
I do have areas of soreness and now again I do because I had additional lipo on 5/11. I am hopeful all will be close to normal by the end of the year!

I'm 4 months out and still have occasional swelling, but most days it's minimal. I was told to expect it for 6 months, that it COULD last longer in some cases, and that it might "Come and go" for a while before it subsided completely.
Given that I had the incision break down and turn necrotic, and ahve been healing up the huge resuling hole, I'm surprised at how little swelling I have had.
