Today is a better day.....I went and saw my PS and he was glad I went in. I have abscesses along my incision for both legs. Basically, my body rejected the suture material. He told me it was the worst case he ever saw...yay me! I can't remember if he said spitting the stiches usually happens earlier than this ????

I had a great appt, he was very sweet and felt really bad that I have been dealing with and totally could understand why I was feeling so lousy.

I should start getting better now he had removed the offending sutures and my other open spots (at the T of the horizontal and vertical) and BB are looking better as well.

I feel so much more positive about things now. He has given me 2 more weeks off work, but I am going to give it a couple of days and maybe work a couple of hours on Friday or see what I can do from home

Thanks for your support, it really does help.

I'm so glad you were seen and the problem is well understood now........that alone helps us to cope doesn't it.   This surgery is just the hardest to recover from.    Take it easy and your relief is coming through loud and clear.........healing thoughts going your way.    Susan

Glad to hear you are doing better, sounds like you have been to HE** and back with your sutures. We should be thankful for our Dr's, at least when something does go wrong, they can hopefully fix it. Keep your chin up!! Nancy
