Annoying binder
I'm 12 weeks out from an extended TT w/muscle repair, lipo & hernia repair. My binder is very supportive, which I like a lot so I still wear it. I am short bodied & it really is too long for me and since it has started to curl up, I cut the bottom 1/3 off all the way around. So-o-o much better!! Thought I would share so if anyone else is annoyed with their binder, it might help!!
