4 yrs Post Op BL/BA and having pain?

Hi everyone. It's been a long time since I was on the PS forum. I had 2 breast lifts w/ augmentation 4 years ago, along with a brachioplasty. (2 breast lifts due to complications w/ the first one.) For the last 6 months or so I've had serious pain in my right breast and it seems to be associated with the implant. FYI, my implants are saline and above the muscle. During the 2nd BL, the surgeon put in permanent sutures to help the implants stay put. I had a wandering implant in my right breast - it would leave the pocket and wind up on my rib cage. (Nice, right? lol)

Anyway, the breast pain typically happens at night when I'm sleeping on my back. It seems that the implant is moving over towards my arm pit - doesn't actually make it that far due to the sutures, I think, but it starts to have serious pain (an 8 on a scale of 10) and it wakes me up. I have to roll to my side and the sliding movement of the implant causes a burning, nervy pain as it moves back. It had been only happening 1 time a night, but in the last month or so, it is waking me up about 4-5 times a night. I am also starting to have right breast pain during the day.

I just wondered if anyone here has experienced anything like this at all. I e-mailed my PS, who is wonderful btw - Dr. LoMonaco; and several months ago he said it sounded like it could be scar tissue. I'm just concerned that it's getting progressively worse and much more painful and I'm looking for some insight. I emailed Dr. L again yesterday to see how he wants to proceed - probably w/ an appointment, etc.

Thanks for listening to me ramble on and on. I just hate the idea of going back in the OR because of my breasticles. Blech. Thanks again for any insight you might have.

I'm a newbie to this, my implants are only 3 months along.  My doctor did request that I wear a mid-impact sports bra to bed for life.  Do you wear anything?  I dont know if this will help, but offering something.

I don't actually, and why I haven't thought of that I don't know. Thanks Tee. I'll grab one after work. That's one of those times that I slap my forehead and say, "Why didn't I think of that?"  lol I appreciate it.
