Breast question- augmentation without lift?

How realistic is thinking I could get an implant alone to fixed my problem of loss of breast tissue? I'm 35 and started off 190. I've lost 70 lbs. They don't face the ground or anything, but they do not have any upper breast tissue.

I've been researching and an augmentation in my area is around $4000. My sister has large implants now and she went in to see about having them replaced with a smaller one and a lift. They quoted her $10000! Yikes!!! She said they weren't charging for removal either.
 

My doc said b/c I don't hang too low I could do this and it would make them appear lower b/c of the weight but in a bra would look good.  Personally I want a lift and implant for the complete look b/c no matter what.. age will only make them longer and lower.. implants or not.

I know a BLA "doughnut" style is cheaper than traditional, so might not be $5K but might be closer?

I would make an appointment with a surgeon who is familiar with the "doughnut" BLA and see what the damage will be.  We just had one at support group that explained the difference, if you want to know, but you would be a candidate........I am close to being one  based on pics I have seen and I went from a 42DDD to 34C.......because mine aren't as droopy as many.........just empty!

Implants alone are a good option if you want only more roundness and fullness up top.  If the breast is long or the nipple low, you may need a lift too.  Each case is different so be sure you see photos of your expected results !

I had a dream I caught 2 flounder, but couldn't lift them into my kayak last week. Maybe the flatfish are a symbol for breasts and it's a sign !

I was facing the same problem as u were I went to surgeon and 1 said I will need a lift  at the tune of 10k and 11k if i want the side of boobs cut and take the excess skin from sides and the other I will need just a implants however 650 cc implants I lost all my breast tissue and all surgeon were thinking at least 600 cc and  I  decided I did not want anymore cutting than needs to  be and I am so glad I decided to go with bigger implants and when all said and done I will be a over stuffed c cup no doubt. I like them more and more and I can now see how I could have handled a bigger implant trust me I had no breast tissue left, Look at my pics and see what I mean grant you they are right after surgery and they look alot better today but I have not had a chance to take new pics but they are dropping and looking better and better each day. Trust me right after surgery u  r swollen  and I mean swollen and trust me they look funny shappen  and huge. I like them more and more each day as they finally are fluffing out and take on shape of breasts

I only had BA as I lost ALL my breast tissue.  They weren't pointing south at all just non-existant, can't lift what's not there.  My surgeon put in 350cc implants and they're still swollen but beautiful!  My bewbies have never looked this good before!
