To augment or not to augment???

I haven't had my PS consult yet (I will in August), but I've heard talks given by my surgeon before. He likes to avoid using implants whenever possible. Thing is, I've always wanted "perfect" breast. I don't want to look porn star fake, but kind of nearing that because my ideal boobs would be perky and full and wonderful!

My question: can you get perky and FULL breasts with just a lift if you have enough tissue, or do you get more of the au naturale look? Don't get me wrong, that's great, but I want upper fullness.
I'm a C now, but I plan on losing another 20 lbs before surgery. I have a feeling I will be a B at best by then. I think I want to end up as a small D.

I also worry that if he uses my side roll tissue, etc., my tissue wouldn't support the new boobs for long, whereas with an implant that's under the muscles, the muscles keep them perky.

Thoughts??? Experience?? PLEASE SHARE!!!

I am with you I wanted perfect tits.....but I wanted HUGE tits.  I now have average tits and they look real.  I don't know if that is a good thing or not considering I paid for them I wanted them to look paid for.  I am sure I sound like a crazy and I swear I am not.  I think breasts say a lot for a woman and she ought to be proud of them big small or indifferent. 

It is a consult if you want something and you are not getting it with one surgeon shop around.  My surgeon has done wonders for my breast and I mean all the side skin and everything.  my husband thinks he did an AMAZING job.  This from a man who absolutely adored them at a 42 I and now the 34 F is just up his alley so the long and the short I say augment. 

You don't need a huge implant to give a perky look and you don't need porn star boobs to get the perfect look either.  If you have enough breast tissue left then your surgeon may be able to give you the look you want with just a lift.
