2.5 years out...starting plastics!

Okay, so 2.5 years after my VSG and down 100 pounds...I am booked for the beginning of June for a TT and breast implants. I am totally terrified!
I will be returning to Mexico for plastics ( had my VSG done there also). Any advice? I am worried that I am still a bit heavier then I wanted to be going in for plastics (180lbs) but I cannot stand my tummy any longer - and I have maintained my loss for 1.5 years - I dont see my body really dropping below this weight. I am happy here (size 12 but I could fit a 8-10 without my skin in the way) but going for plastics at this weight seems weird to me?
I believe I will be having a tummy tuck WITH muscle work, surgeon says he does not think I will need an anchor cut but will not committ until he sees me in person ( which I am really glad to hear). So anything I should know oh great gurus of plastics?
Words of advice?
things you wish you had done prior to surgery?
Any items I should not forget to bring with me for post op in Mexico?
General advice?
Thanks for your wisdom...I hope the next 2-3 weeks fly by!

Congratulations on your weight loss and your decision to keep going with self improvement!

I too am in the steps of getting the plastic surgery stuff going.  I am planning on having a tummy tuck done.  I have four consults lined up.  My first will be next week on Wednesday.  I can't wait!  Several years ago I had a breast reduction and through my weight loss, my girls have stayed right in place.  I've been very fortunate with that!

I look forward to reading more about your journey and letting it encourage all of us to continue to take pride in ourselves and keep going!

Thank you for sharing!

Hi!
I'm in the same spot. I'm not to goal, but I'm happy where I am, just need to get this belly stuff off me! In fact my Dr encouraged me to go ahead and seek PS because I've maintained for over a year. I'm 5'8 and have a rahter large frame, so my personal goal is 180. I'm only 20 lbs from that now and the PS is estimating he'll be able to take off about 15 lbs of fat and skin so I feel like I'll be fairly close to where I want to be once I heal and all the swelling is gone.
So...I'm scheduled for a panni removal and TT on June 10th.
What is your surgery date...we'll almost be twins! LOL I'd love to keep in touch and compare war stories if you're interested. You are so brave for doing this in Mexico and having to fly home while still recovering. How many days out will you be traveling back home?
Best of luck to you!

Who did you use back in October?
I am trying to narrow down between 2 doctors and honestly the only thing that seperates them is location...price, skill, everything else seems pretty much the same from all sources I can find. I hate making the "choice" based on superficial things like location or who "looks" like a better docotr...but I think it might come down to that ;)
