Talk about a lesson learned the hard way.......
I am so enjoying my body getting smaller, my pants size getting smaller, my stomach is smaller so I eat less....  BUT I didn't think that because I am SO MUCH smaller that I can't drink as much as I could when I weighed 100+ lbs more.

I don't drink often but I had 2 double shots last night of 80 proof liquor (it's called Raki).  Well I woke up feeling like garbage!  Headachie, stomach upset, just nasty!!!!!

Next time I'll cut the volume in half for sure.........but it will be a long time before I drink anything again!

That's a good reminder Ruth. And that's coming from someone who didn't have weight loss surgery -- which means that those of us who did have our stomachs altered and cut are that much more susceptible.

I barely drank pre-op (a glass of wine once in a blue moon), so I'm the same way post-op. I have to watch it--I can get tipsy from cheese fondue or vanilla extract added to a protein shake. (Not kidding!)
