I just had my brachioplasty on Friday, I forgot to ask Dr and I don't go back for a few days, how long does the compression garment usually stay on?

I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your question, just wanted to say congrats on your surgery and wish you a speedy recovery!

I wore mine for about 6 weeks. I hated the compression garment that rubbed on my scars under my armpit. When the garment got too uncomfortable I would use ace bandages and bind my arms which was far more comfortable and what I wore right after my surgery.

Thanks, I was hoping for a few days, but knew it would be a while.

I will be honest with you. Had my complete lbl and medial thigh plasty nov 12th. went awesome, healed great and was SO ready to not wear that thing anymore, but i STILL DO! bought a phase two one, and a SPANX and wear one or the other every day.

GOOD LUCK!
