Hey - check out my post-ps pics on my profile - My thighs looks similar to yours after my weight loss. I started at 257 @ 5'4" at my highest. I had a body similar to yours before (or so I was told). I got the long incisions down to the knee since I had such big thighs they were able to take more off that way. I still want more off the back of the thighs though.

Ok, I'm not into women myself but holy cow you are a hottie. I just checked out your pictures and you so don't look like you are preop for GB. You must carry your weight really well. I would never have imagined that you were as heavy as you list your weight. I would have been happy to have those curves before GB! But I can see in one picture where it looks like you have thick thighs.
Once you have had the GB and can then start working out again, spend alot of time working on your thighs because at least then you will be that much more ahead of the game when you decide to have plastics done. The more muscle you build, and more fat you can get rid of from that area before having plastics the better.
This board is a great place to find support and ask questions, so welcome aboard!

Alright I'm a guy, but I had alot of fat on my upper legs. I had surgery done 4/16 and have already lost a bunch of weight. I notice my thighs and calves tightening up. My upper legs used to look horrible. They are looking pretty good now. I think it is kinda silly for you to be worried because everyone heals and recovers differently. I know a girl who was over three hundred and had to have no plastic surgery other then tummy tuck following surgery. Everyones skin is different, some are more elastic in their make-up then others. My skin was all stretched out and seems to be tightening up alot more then I thought would happen. The key is to tone your body through excerise following surgery.
I checked your pictures. Although not the clearest, I do not think that your thighs are too difficult. See my site for really big thunder thighs that have been corrected with a Spiral thigh Lift, Liposuction and Vertical Thighplasty.
