I can't take this off for a little while?

I took mine off about a week - if you wear a tshirt under it then you don't have to wa**** as often.  Mine was a kind that could be put in the dryer, so big deal.  It was also white - I got a second one eventually from my dr, but it was a little smaller too so helped after some swelling went down.  I'd suggest putting on a spanx garment or really tight shirt to help you hold it all in while you're waiting.  Eventually you'll take a shower and that's a good time to wa**** too...
