Haven't had mine yet, it is coming up on 5/11. I plan to eat my protein drink with my pro-care nutritional supplement and soft proteins for easy chewing or no chewing. So cottage cheese, yogurt and I haven't thought about other possibilities yet. Some kind of meat that is good very tender as well.

Actually also it wasnt a bad recovery for me nd I was back to work in 10 days ( 2 weeks ) ...
I wear makeup of course for the samll brusing that still lingered but the results were amazing ....
You will love it as the results get better and i saw the best after about 4 months actually ..I am now 5 months out ..
