THIS has to be a good sign about my complaint to the Medical Board.....
So I get home today - and there's a letter from the Texas Medical Board - they are asking me to sign a waiver so that they can use my information in any legal actions against A-HOLE Dr. that jacked me up last year.......
Along with the direct ph# and email of the investigator assigned to my complaint case.
That's gotta mean they think I have a legit complaint, right? and YES - I am soooo signing the waiver!!! LOL

thanks MD. I think it's a good sign too - the letter was personally signed by the investigator and she gave me her info.
I'm going to see this through to the end! Even if I don't get my $$ back - I want to COST him 5K in time, effort and just generally pissed-ivity! LOL

I KNOW, right??? LOL!!!!My surgeon's office also called - they gave me my out of pocket totals - but I have to go back in for another consult on my breasts - they want to make absolutely sure that I totally understand what CAN be done and the doc knows what he CAN do - I appreciate them taking the time to do that so that I am not in any way disappointed this go around.
