how to post the surgeons eval?

Have been attempting to post my plastic surgeons eval but cant seem to figure out how to do it?  any advise?

There used to be a link on the surgeon's page to add a comment.  But I just checked and the link is missing.  What you can do is go to your "myoh" page and on the left side you will see Surveys and Reviews - click on that -- then click on reviews -- then click on Bariatric Profeesionals.  If your surgeon is not on the drop down there is a place to add him.  I checked and even though my PS has a profile and other reviews he is not on the drop down.  I sent a message to tech support and they tell me they are trying to get the put the link back on the surgeon's page.

Thanks for all your help in getting this done!  Copy paste thing didn't work but going to reviews did find him under bariatric professionals (which I thought meant surgeons but includes everybody) and was able to post from there.  So thanks again for your help!
