Anyone with CDPHP insurance?

I realize it's a longshot.. But did anyone use CDPHP insurance... If so, was any or all of your surgery approved, what type of surgery you had? were you denied and then needed to appeal? And insight you could provide would be so helpful. I'm starting the process Friday morning and I'm getting anxious about the insurance process.
