what to ask

i have my inital consult with the ps on june 3rd...a very long time ago someone posted a long list of questions to ask the doc...... im so anxious to have my sagging belly and legs done, not to mention the bat wings and boobs..... all in time i guess...... if anyone has that list or any other i would appreciate it..... thanks so much
