I just came back from Monterrey last Sunday. If you are seeing Dr. Sauceda, you will be in a small clinic setting rather than a big hospital, which I think is safer with this flu thing. I really don't know what to tell you about postponing. I got worried about the borders closing. I would keep an eye out for travel alerts which you can find on the internet. I wish I could remember the site for you.
Your experience with Dr. Sauceda will be a good one. I had a minor complication with a hemotoma, but I received excellent care.
