LBL Quesiton

If you just get a TT, do you have to pay extra for a mons lift or does that automatically happen from the skin pulling around the stomach?

My surgeon recommended it with my LBL and it did not cost extra.  If he doesn't bring it up, make sure you mention it to him at your consult.  I think it's fairly automatic.

I am going to go meet with the surgeon in a month or so.  I am not going to get plastics untill the end of the year but I want to have all my ducks in a row before  

How long did it take you to get to goal and how much did you end up losing if you dont mind me asking?

Typically Plastic Surgeons use the term LBL loosley.  In my practice, it means a circumferentail abdominoplasty, outer thigh lift and buttock lift.  Most of my patients also will want buttock augmentation with their own lower back tissue since a LBL flattens the butt.

Thanks so much.  it is nice to get a professional answer.So even someone who allways had a larger than average rear may need aug for the buttocks?  I do not want to be flat for sure as that was allways a part of my anatomy that was where I liked it.

Yes.  Most PSs completely miss the point.  The point being that the female body has many curves that need to be restored after a Body Lift.  A LBL will flatten your butt no matter how big your butt is?  Also in many cases the butt. is large as a result of a lower back/hip roll not that it is large itself.  The butt becomes flat and wide after weight loss.

Sorry if I am being a pest, ignore me if so.

  I was a size 4 before I gained weight and at that point I had a 15" diffrence between waist and hips, mosty behind me.  So my large rear is not just from my weight gain no matter how small I have been I have allways been curvy in that area (breast another issue LOL).  Does this still apply?
