LBL Quesiton

I have a quesiton about what all an LBL includes.  I know a TT is in cluded but does it also include a thigh life and butt lift?  It sounds like it would but the proceedures page does not say. 

I have been researching plastics for almost 7 years now and have seen probably 100 different plastic surgeons and the answer to your question is it can vary.   You need to ask at each consult.  Some may include the outer thigh lift (which actually isn't included it just happens when they pull the skin up at the hips), some include the inner thigh lift, some include abdominal muscle repair, some include lipo.  The butt will be lifted when they do the LBL some but many have went back after the LBL to have another lift or fat injections.

Thanks for the answer.  I am hopeing that the inner thigh lift is included (or I guess i can add it )  Even when I was young and thin before ever gaining weight I allways had extra on my inner thighs.  outer thighs are OK.  And as for injections in the butt, good Lord NO I have more junk in the trunk than most LOL.  That is one area that I have never had too little of.    (I have about 15" diffrence btetween waist and hips and it is not width! )  My but is not bad but is sagging a little from the loss, I could live without the lift there but it would be nic e to have the tight A** I had when I was in my early 20s

I agree that it depends on your Doctor.

My LBL is an incision all the way around my body.  Basically, he pulled the skin up from below, down from above and cut off all of the slack in the middle - all the way around.   It pulled up the skin on my thighs a little, but not much.  It did lift my butt.  It didn't really do much to my inner thighs.

Your pics have inspired me.  I was just looking at a TT but now I think I might want the whole enchalida!  I will have to ask about my inner thighs though as I would love to have them not touch.

It includes the TT (muscle tightening, removal of panni), the mons lift, the outer thigh lift and the butt lift.

what is a mons lift?  Ok I know what the mons are but I cant imagine "lifting" it.  below my tummy there does not seem to be any extra skin but maybe I am wrong.

The mons is the hair bearing pubic area and it typically sags after weight gain and loss and pregnancy and age.  And it is a problem for both sexes, not just women.  The lift, basically moves everything back into place.  The hidden benefit, at least speaking for myself is that with the new alignment everything is so much better for sexual contact.   You definitely want to get this done.
