I am having surgery one May 12th for my breast..   after gastric bypass and losing over 100 pounds my breast have terrible sag to them and one is slightly larger.  I still have alot of my own tissue, right now i am in a 36 DD bra and one side is falling out.
I am wondering is there anyone out there that has had this done?
should i just do the lift  or have a reduction and lift ?
i keep looking in the mirror and lifting my breast up and  wondering if they will look ok the size they are now or have some removed ?  and also to even them up.

Any help would be great !

Well if u want a unbias answer u can show me a pic and I can give u my 2 cents worth  I know what u mean about deciding on what to do with your breasts I did my sizing yesterday for my surgery and well  everyone told me 600cc look is what will make me look the best. I mean everyone said nope 600 looks right for  you. I was so worried On account I do not want to look fat I want clean defined booby look. Not look like I have real fatty breasts.I do understand as I spent hours and what i decided to do is go with 500 cc high profile shell  so i will not have a huge wide base and fill it to 600 cc max capicity but with option to do it less if he thinks I am looking to fat I want my skin taunt  up there. I am so sick of lose skin look anywhere. I have looked at countless booby pics and well i showed what i wanted and told me what i needed to achieve it. My gf had a breast lift and reduction and she said that she was glad she did both as she seems to gain weight in her breasts anyway. She went to a dd but now is back up to ddd after gaining a few lbs. For me I just lose it in my breasts first. I kept my fat thighs tho .. LOL

I was a 36DD before my BL/BR with auto augmentation last year.  My surgeon removed breast tissue from the bottom and sides and transplanted it on the top.  Some of the tissue was removed and not transplanted.  I am now a 36D and it appropriate for my body type and size.  I'm a little smaller but it makes me look thinner and less matronly.  I still have plenty of boobs and would not have been happy with implants - I think I would have looked like a cow.  Lifting makes a big difference.  I'm sure you will be happy with the results.  You can get an idea from my photos - I'm wearing clothes in the photos so it's not as revealing.  Some day I might get the nerve to take it all off and post.

Before br I was 38F.  I am now 36D.  I relied on my surgeon's advice.  About 1 lb. removed from each side.  Looks great now.  Cuts were extended & went around to underarm area.

I had a Breast Reduction/Breast Lift in Nov 2008.  I was a 46/48 DDD before losing weight.  I did not want any augmentation done.  Now I'm a full, perky, firm 36C and I LOVE my new girls!!!  They look great in clothes and out!

I was 36c before BL and 36 small c after BL with autoaugmentation.I had assymetry that was corrected also so now both breast are the same size . I am happy they are lifted, firm and symetrical.

Sher

Hi..

I was a 38DD (longggg) .. I went to plastic surgeon to see if I could qualify for breast reduction/lift so that my insurance would pay for it.  I did.. and now I'm a 36/38C (perkie) and I LOVE the new girls.

I love being able to button blouses without them gapping and wearing coats without buttons popping or smashing the girls in 'em.  I always wanted my breasts to be bigger than my belly.. and since I got a tummy tuck along with my reduction I'm quite happy.

best wishes..
