What qualifies you for PS for insuance approval?

I still have a ways to go for this but I want to start finding out what I need to know...I will esp. need work done on my breast area...maybe the tummy...thanks all!

Your best bet is to read or call your insurer.  Breast reduction usually requires some medical problems (e.g., back pain) and a requirement for the amount of tissue to be removed.  The tummy area requires some associated problems (e.g., rashes), and usually requires that the flesh hang below the pubic area.
