Thank you so much for your kind words. I truly feel blessed.
I did a LOT of ab work and core exercises prior to surgery and am just starting to be able to work on my abs again. I'm sure it has something to do with the way I'm built, but also the fact that it's been 35 years since I had babies. Even at my heaviest over 300 lbs., I still exercised. A lot of the core exercises that I've always done were to help strengthen my back muscles because I had back problems. I think it helped!
I agree - my Dr. is THE MAN!!
