recovery time for extended brachioplasty with breast augmentation

 IF anyone has these two procedures done at one time, I would really appreciate a step by step to your recovery. I want to know how much time i have to take off work and more importantly find some insight about doing this away from home. I will be traveling, internationally for surgery. So I want to know when I will be able to handle a very long flight, get back to work. When incisions close up to the extent that I don't have to worry about them bursting open, etc etc.
