NY insurance questions

I went for a consult and the doctor said I don't need a body lift just my panni and an avelar (sp?) abdominoplasty. I also want to get my breasts lifted (he said I don't have enough tissue for a reduction (I'm a DDD...so that seemed unusual to me), and my arms done.

I know most inurances don't have a problem covering the panni. Here's my question. My insurance policy is up for renewal in June. I am researching other polices but I wondered if there is a general concensus as to what insurance covers most or has the most easy to meet requirements? Right now I have the Option for Aetna, Oxford and Empire BCBS. They all have out of network benefits.
