Revision to my Oct 28th 2008  extended anchor tummy tuck that developed necrosis and a hole and now he will be fixing where it healed all funky.

Something I've learned in my research, Arnica is a great herb that you can take to help with swelling and bruising. You can get it in GNC. Take a couple of days before and a couple of weeks after.

I will be going just before you.  I'll try to PM you after mine and before you go under.  I had been taking bromelaine.  I have noticed twice when I stopped for about a week my swelling increased, i bought some more and started it again and my swelling decreased, I am sold on this.  I will start the arnica again.  I stopped that along time back.  Thanks for the reminder!
