Appeal help

Can anyone give me some info on appeal letters that the insurance might like.I have got Dr references.My insurance co. wants me to write a letter.They have denied my tummy tuck on the basis of they need more information,any help would be appreciated.

Well, I had to appeal my TT. I had already given pictures of my rashes, but I i didnt want to show them the pictures of my sever infections, sooooooooooo,  I ended up sending in those picutres (not very pretty), and wrote notes on each picture explaining the situation and how long and when i got these infections. I also wrote a letter of how bad the skin effects my daily living. My doctor also sent in a letter. I got approved after. Best of luck!
