A friend of mine told me about a surgeon in Newport Beach California who was offering a big reduction of his fees for surgery. Does anyone know the name of the surgeon or how I could find him?
Don't know the Dr. but a big red flag goes off if he is offering a big reduction of his fee. I would certainly want to know why he is doing that so please be careful.
