One of the worst tasting things I have ever purposefully drank. BUT my hair is shinny, my nails have had to be clipped 2 times in 4 weeks, and I have beautiful skin. More importantly, I had this extensive surgery and only one spot has opened up. Of course it is directly in the very back where I can barely see LOL! Anyway, I'm a firm believer this stuff works. Now if they could just work on the taste.
