I have a consult scheduled for Grady residency PS program in ATL, GA and I would LOVE to hear from anyone who has had PS with them or been to them for a consult.  It's scheduled for Dec. 2nd at 1pm (they only do Tues afternoons and that's the first available one) - the consult cost is $172 (I forgot to ask if it goes toward the surgery fees).

If you've had a consult there, did you get to see lots of before/after pics?
How did you like their program?
If you've had surgery w/ them, will you share your experience and possibly pics?
Are revisions and/or complications covered under the initial surgery fees?  I forgot to ask that over the phone.

Here's the price quotes I got over the phone:

Arm lift  $2,300
Thigh lift   $2,300
TT $2,800
Breast lift  $2,300  + cost of implants if aug. too--   silicone gel  $2,000   saline  $750
These costs include the anesthesia and facility fees
there is a $500 surgeon's fee added to each surgery and IF you require a night in the hospital, it's $750 per night.   They will combine surgeries though and she stated that all the surgeons have at least 8-9 years experience and w/ a variety of patients including post bariatric.

**I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'm comfortable with them and love their work - it's only an hour away from me and I can get everything I want done at these prices!!

Please share any info you have

How can a resident have 8-9 years experience?  That is like saying you stayed in the 6th grade for 8-9 years.  Perhaps she was referring to the attending surgeon.  But a resident would be doing the surgery right?

That's what I'm thinking she meant too.
From what I've heard of other residency programs, the resident does the surgery but is supervised by the attending during the surgery.

So just be sure that Jethro is not doing your surgery.  He was in the sixth grade for years and years!!!!!!!  But he wanted to be a brain surgeon right?

Do you realize that you're responding to a post that is 10 years old?

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you......
Their number is 404-616-4593 ask for Ms. Smith.  They only do consultations on Tuesday afternoons, she said the wait time for a surgery date after your consultation should only be a few weeks.

As far as I know, they don't have a website.
Thanks!
