Vaginal Sagging

Since my weight loss, I've notice a VERY embarrassing effect to my vaginal area & wonder if it's normal. My outter vaginal area now looks much bigger & is VERY saggy!! I wondered if I was imagining it. So, I pulled up towards my stomach to make it look how it would it were "tucked", and it actually looks normal that way. Has anyone else experienced this or heard of it happening? Thanx for the input!

Most people have this. They usually pull up on that area when doing a tummy tuck or LBL. A great person on this board once said "You don't want a flat tummy and a fluffy muffy!"

I have the same problem.  In fact, when I wear certain low wasted pants it feels all bunched up there. Once I have my LBL, that should take care of it. But, you are NOT imagining it!

Most PS will lift and tuck that "mons" area when they do your LBL or TT whichever you have done.   Sounds like you need the LBL since you have a saggy rear end.   I had mine in May.   It is wonderful to be free from all that skin....although I still have skin issues in other areas....I can't afford to address them since my insurance won't cover any of it. Ahhh yes... I've had that going on my whole life. Seriously! I wasn't sure if the TT would have any major impact on it or not. Imagine my Happiness and Joy when I unwrapped after ps and saw that the whole thing had been nipped and tucked...it's tiny now!!! My Doc lifted and lipoed it and now it's flat (other than the swelling off and on) and I can wear skimpy undies and look normal! It's funny to put it all out here like that, but no one else would ever understand... That's why I love it on this board. Good luck to ya!!

I didn't have this problem but it is a very prevalent one amongst formerly obese women who have lost a lot of weight relatively quickly. When it's time for you to have either a tummy tuck or a lower body lift, chances are a "mons lift" will be included in your surgery. If your sagging issues are extensive, you should discuss with your surgeon once you are referred to one whether additional procedures would be needed to address your particular problem.

No, I didn't have this issue but my surgeon did a "mons lift" as part of the LBL.  Things are really tight now - almost virgin-esque.
