Tummy Tuck without muscle tightening?

I live in Georgia, just on the Tennessee line. I am having trouble seeing work done by either Dr. that I have seen. You look so tiny in your pic, it is hard to imagine you needing PS. I would be willing to drive a little. I have heard great things about each doctor, but I am a show me girl. This is a very big step (emotionally, physically, and financially). Thanks for the response.
