getting in 'focus'

I have been shooting for many years now, I still have my first 'posed' family portrait from 1977. scary. I shoot Nikon Digital and most of the time it is fantastic, lately, it is getting harder because I am frequently tired. I hope to stop obsession about the diet and WLS and just get on with my 'life'.
