Have a wonderful Wednesday!!
I'm feeling much better...thankfully I didn't get it near as bad as Sadie did. We're plugging away over here. Working 10 hrs OT this week so it'll keep me a little busier than normal. We're expecting 12-18 inches of snow and 50 mph winds over the next 2 days. I guess winter's not over yet. Ugghhhh even Sadie was whining last night that she doesn't want snow she said she wants grass and flowers. It's looking like there will be no school for her tonight with the weather like this so we'll be home curled up playing games, reading, etc... Sounds like a good night to me. Nothing has started yet but the winds are crazy already. Snow is supposed to come this afternoon.

Well, I ended up getting the steriod injection in my hip joint & let me tell you, even for the numbing injection shot, it hurt!!!! I was limping when I left the doctor's office, and the doc was like, that is not supposed to hurt. Then, about 4-5 hours later, I had to call the on call line, because I hurt so bad, everything was spasaming, and shooting pains down my leg. It hurt bad. And today, it basically feels like I never had a shot, like I need to go to the doctor and have something done, but, gee, I JUST DID!!!
UUUUGGGGGGHHHHHH. Gotta love the frustration!!!!
Today is my DH's 43rd b-day. He is out geo-caching to his hearts content, and I am working, and Hunter is at daycare. But, yesterday, Hunter & I did find his hiking boots (as a reward for learing to tie his shoes himself) so, now that he is a big boy who knows how to tie his shoes himself, he gets to wear his hiking boots whe we all go hiking!!! Saturday, we went and saw Mars Needs Moms. It was cute. And Hunter liked it, too!!!!

Hubby and I are both down with this crud tonight. Not a good thing. Of course his is a "man" cold so he is moaning and barely moving while I get to still run around cleaning cooking etc... Gotta love it when men get sick NOT!!!
OUCH!! I hope your dr appt went well and you're not in much pain.
We have snow in the forcast and lots of it!! Tues night and Wed they say 14 inches....gosh I hope they're wrong. We really don't need that much LOL.
Well, I better get back to my cleaning.

The sickness is going around. Don't pass it around if you can help it!!! Hunter just came down with something on Wednesday night!!! YIKES!!!! He was running a fever last night & not today, but at least he is not as hoarse as he was.
I am not looking foward to going to the doctor today after work, for my hip. Might have to do a steriod injection into my hip joint. That will SUCK. Oh well, at least I have all weekend to heal up. I took Hunter last weekend to go and see Rango. If Mars Needs Moms is still playing, and he behaves, we will go to that one tomorrow.
Have a GREAT weekend!!! Oh, no more snow in te forcast until Wednesday, so hopefully the snow we got will melt off this weekend.

Last night Sadie and I volunteer at Ruby's Pantry which is a food distribution. She was such a trooper working so hard. She just loves being there and interacting with all the people. It's a nice thing to do together...gives her a sense of being part of the community. Usually DH goes too but he was not feeling well.

One good thing about spring snow is it doesn't last too long. I'm thinking we'll still get at least one more blast if not more.
Yes, you are reading right!!! Snowed overnight, actually still snowing, we are approaching 2 inches right now, and it is still comong down. Glad DH was out yesterday and picked up 2 bags of dog-duty before it all got covered up again!!! At least the snow will be short lived!!!!!
Hunter is still sick, developed a hoarse cough last night, so last night was a little rough, with his throat being on fire. But, he is at daycare, yes, I called them before leaving the houe to make sure. I told my daycare lady, just call me at work if I need to come and pick him up and take him home.

The weather has been nice, and nicer still now that the wind has died down. We had wind for like 2 weeks straight (even when I was in California for the 4-5 days). Now, we can actually enjoy the weather without having to hide out in the house!!!
But, as the snow melts, there is lots of dog-duty being uncovered for us to get out & pick up!!!
As for being sick, I am still getting better, slowly. The antibiotics have helped, that is for sure.
Michelle, sure hope Sadie's medicine kicks in, and she starts feeling better sooner than later!!!!
