I cant' get enough to drink.  I know it is because of my cold but boy have been drinking a lot of fluids in the last two days.  Me & the potty are becoming best friends.  :)  Quiet night at home last night.  Probably the same tonight although we will have the girlies so I am not sure how quiet it will be.  Having major computer issues today at work so I don't know how productive I will be here.  Oh well.  Hope you all have a great one!

Morning everyone!  I had a good evening last night.  Had dinner and relaxed a bit then took DH and Sadie over and dropped them off at a hockey game.   I decided to go shopping for stocking stuffers and a sweater or something for myself to wear for Christmas.   Got the stocking stuffers but didn't find anything I liked.   Oh well got me out of the house all by myself at least.  We got a little snow...not even enough to cover the grass when I was up at 6 am.   I'm sure it's covered now...it's still snowing and is supposed to pretty much all day.   The wind is the terrible part right now...it woke me up several times last night blowing so hard.  I think I'll stay inside all day today.   This is my supposed day off but I plan to work 8 hrs of overtime and then hopefully bake some cookies tonight.  I still have lots to do before Christmas and starting to run out of time.  I'm debating on dropping Luke and Sadie off at church tomorrow night and skipping it myself to come home and get some more things done while it's quiet....sooo tempting.  I do have Sat afternoon and evening free as of right now.  We're going caroling at the nursing home with some of the Drs and other staff from the hospital...then to my Dr's house for a little party afterwards.   I need to actually cook a few more meals so I can put things in containers in the freezer for Grandma's Christmas present LOL.   It's been a lot of quick easy meals lately for us. 

Court, I hope you are feeling better soon!   Jamie and Heather...hopefully you're not freezing to death up there.   It's pretty cold here today too....actual temp was 3 degrees but the wind is terrible so I'm sure the windchill is much worse.

Sorry, Heather, I am just seeing this now at 9pm.   Right now it's 18 degrees and snowing.   It's supposed to get down to about 10 tonight with 4-8 inches of snow here.  This is our first "real" snow...errr snow that will stick. 

Hi Heather!  Welcome back!  

Morning!  I'm doing just fine today.  About half of my day is done woohoo.   Yesterday I ended up working 12 hrs by the end.   I had nothing planned really so just kept working so I won't have to work as much tomorrow or any on Sat.  I am thinking today I'll hit my 10 hrs and quit though.   Tomorrow will then just be 8 hrs.   I was thinking of doing some of my baking tonight but we'll see if it happens.  If not then I'll sit in my room and wrap some gifts.   DH said he was taking Sadie to a hockey game tonight.   Thankfully it's within walking distance so I don't have to leave the house to even take them LOL.  I should then probably get her gifts wrapped while she's not here to see them.   We're supposed to get our first "real" snow tonight.   We're expecting 7-10 inches here.   We have just a very tiny bit on the ground right now so it'll be much different out there tomorrow morning.   My son is hoping for no school so he can go out to play with Sadie in it LOL.   I hate to tell him but along with the snow is the cold....we had an -11 windchill this morning.  Yep, Winter is Here!!
