Jamie, I think you read my mind.   It's so hard when it's so cold outside to keep them busy.   It's supposed to warm up here for a few days so I'm hoping to get out a bit.   Sadie loves to play games like candyland...we got her some of the lacing cards recently and she's enjoying them for now....we do playdoh....oh and she loves to help me cook so I let her help stir etc...   We read books but usually that's at bedtime.  I'm so tired lately that it's hard to keep interacting with her....heck I'm ready for bed long before she is. 

Yup, it is still snowing here, so MORE shoveling is in my future tonight, after work!!!  HA HA!!!
Getting ready to go out right now & clean off my work vehicle again.  Times like this, I just need to concentrate on how much I LOVE this job.... in the summer!!  HA HA HA

Morning!  Crazy busy here at work this a.m.  First chance I have had to pop on.  Plan to do some more christmas shopping at lunch & then again after work.  Hubby is working late so it will be a good thing to do why I wait on him.  I hope to get the majority of things done so I don't have to worry about it any more. 

Yep Wacky it will be I think.   Actually I'm hoping it'll be somewhat relaxing.  It's my day off!!! O****uit dreaming....if I didn't have to work OT it'd be my day off.   I'm working 6 hrs this morning until 11:30am then will log off.   Sadie has 1 gift to buy for the college girl who takes care of her at church on Sundays and Thursday evenings.   Not sure what to get her.....any suggestions???   She's 20 yrs old....dad's  a Dr...mom's a nurse probably has no needs but we want to show her how much she means to us and especially to Sadie.   Sadie thinks the world of her and her older sister.   She really looks up to them both.   I'm thinking we may head to the mall after I'm done with work and before dance class.  Ok so after that is dance class then it'll be home to get some supper together and if I still have the energy I'll work another 2 hrs later this evening....yeahhhhh what a day off LOL.  

Yesterday was a pretty good day.   Got my work accomplished.   Didn't quite get what I wanted to made for dinner as I was out of something.   Threw together something way different.   The refridgerator door fell off so spent a bunch of time watch DH fight with it and finally crawled down on the floor and within 5 mins got it all back on again myself.   Should've done it to start with.  Sadie and I went to her school last night and she had a great time.   We made an ornament for our tree.   She got some new books from an order we put in a couple of weeks ago so we had new things to read before bed.   Daddy and I tucked her in and I was right behind her going to bed. 


Jamie, thanks for thinking of DH.   He's doing ok.....the weight loss is very very very slow.   He lost like 40 lbs right away and I don't think he's lost any more for quite a few months here.   Of course if he'd give up the sweets he might again lol.  He is finally noticing restriction from the band...not quite a full restriction yet but he's gotten many things stuck now.  Hopefully the weight loss will be coming now too.

Michelle, how is hubby doing with his lapband??  Been a while sis I have read an update on how he is doing with it & CONGRATS on 5 years, THAT ROCKS!!!!  WOO HOO!!!!!

I had forgotten yesterday, while I was at home Saturday night with an upset tummy, that DH took Hunter & they saw fieworks (then night after Santa... talk about an exciting weekend for a 3 year old!!!)
We have my family Christmas coming up on Saturday, we usually celebrate on Christmas day, bub my mom will be gone in Hawaii, so we wanted to all be together.  It is SNOWING, and snowing & snowing here.  It snowed yesterday as well, but really no accumulation, maye 3 inches, ALL DAY, and it snowed ALL DAY??  curious.
Anyways, we have over 6 inches today, just since last night & it is showing no signs of slowing down, it is definately accumulating today!!!  Making up for yesterday!!! we had 14 above this morning & yesterday, I think it was 13 above.  So, lots of shoveling, and plowing in my future, along with snowy roads to navigate all day!!!!
